Job summary

PT Transisi Mobile Indonesia is seeking a Material Control Manager - After Sales Service (Carlcare) to support the Chinese-based Material Control Manager. You will help with workforce planning, performance reviews, and organizational development while coordinating inventory health and logistics to prevent disruptions.

The role requires leadership, English fluency, and experience in After Sales or mobile/electronic sectors, with a focus on data-driven inventory and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English.
• Experience in After Sales, Mobile Phone, or Electronic Industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
• Proficient in data analysis and common office software.
• Team player with high sense of responsibility and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Material Control Manager with workforce planning, performance reviews and succession.
• Coordinate safety stock planning and adjustments to prevent supply disruption.
• Manage inventory health by reviewing slow-movers and obsolete stock and facilitating returns/sell-off.
• Verify logistics expense data and optimize logistics providers for cost control and efficiency.
• Implement 5S standards and maintain inventory accuracy through regular counts and reconciliations.
• Ensure timely material dispatch from main warehouse to shops and monitor in-transit documents.
• Standardize warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, sorting, bin locations) and develop SOPs and dashboards.
• Organize regular meetings with Material Control and Warehouse teams to track progress and drive improvements.
• Backup the Main Warehouse Supervisor when no supervisor is on duty.
