Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Material & Logistics Manager to ensure availability and timely distribution of materials across all sites. You will lead warehouse operations, uphold safety and environmental standards, and drive cost efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in material/logistics management, knowledge of warehouse/inventory controls, and strong leadership. You will coordinate cross‑departmental efforts and manage procurement processes for multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or SCM.
• Minimum 3 years in material and logistics management.
• Knowledge of warehouse management and inventory control.
• Familiarity with Safety & Environment (HSE) principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement departmental business plans aligned with operational schedules.
• Plan and consolidate material and logistics requirements across all operational sites.
• Review and implement warehouse and logistics policies and SOPs in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Oversee warehouse security, safety inspections, disaster simulations, and incident investigations.
• Manage material requests, procurement, receiving, distribution, and returns across all sites.
• Supervise operational cash management and replenishment across all sites.
• Ensure safe, timely, and efficient material transportation between warehouses, vendors, and operational sites.
• Monitor procurement costs, identify cost efficiencies, and prepare monthly reports for the General Manager.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure follow-up on audit findings.
• Conduct monthly stock opname and ensure inventory accuracy between physical stock and system records.
• Coordinate with external vendors for material and transportation support.

Good understanding of Safety & Environment (HSE) principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics or inventory management software is an advantage.
