Alila Solo is seeking a Bell Driver to assist guests with luggage and special requests, and to shuttle guests to local destinations in a safe and timely manner. You will welcome guests, inform them about facilities and hours, and assist guests with disabilities as needed.

The role requires a valid driver's license, familiarity with Surakarta’s area and attractions, and fluency in English. Prior experience in a luxury hotel setting is preferred and exceptional guest service is essential.

Qualificações

• One year experience as a Bell Driver in a 5 Star Hotel is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Familiarity with local area and attractions.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.

Job Description

Description: Bell Host's responsibilities include assisting guests with luggage, packages, and special requests aside from driving the hotel vehicles. Transport guests in hotel shuttle and to local destinations in a timely and safe manner where applicable. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate guests` service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; inform guests about hotel facility locations and hours of operations; thank guests with genuine appreciation.
