Ini Vie Hospitality in Denpasar, Bali is seeking a Bell Driver to join our Front Office & Guest Services team. This full-time on-site role focuses on providing reliable transportation and concierge services to ensure seamless arrivals and departures for our guests.

The ideal candidate will hold a valid driving licence with a clean record, strong knowledge of Denpasar and Bali, and fluency in English and Indonesian.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and professional transportation services for guests to and from the airport, local attractions, restaurants, and other destinations
• Maintain the bell desk vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness, mechanical reliability, and adherence to safety standards
• Assist guests with luggage handling, loading and unloading baggage with courtesy and efficiency
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering local recommendations and directions
• Coordinate with the Front Desk team to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs according to guest requests
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, cultural sites, and transportation routes in and around Denpasar and Bali
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding local services, activities, and dining options
• Ensure compliance with traffic regulations, vehicle safety protocols, and hotel policies at all times
• Maintain accurate records of guest transportation requests and vehicle maintenance logs
• Support the bell desk team with additional duties as required to enhance guest service

About the role

Ini Vie Hospitality is seeking a Bell Driver to join our Front Office & Guest Services team in Denpasar, Bali. This is a full-time position based on-site at our property. As Bell Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional transportation and concierge services to our guests, ensuring their arrival, departure, and local travel experiences are seamless and memorable. This role is integral to creating a positive first and last impression for our guests and supports the overall guest satisfaction objectives of the hotel.

Key responsibilities

Provide safe and professional transportation services for guests to and from the airport, local attractions, restaurants, and other destinations

What we're looking for

Valid driving licence with a clean driving record and proven experience as a professional driver

Excellent knowledge of Denpasar and surrounding areas, including major attractions, restaurants, and transportation routes

Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide warm, professional hospitality to guests from diverse backgrounds

Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional language skills are advantageous

Reliability, punctuality, and a professional demeanour at all times

Physical fitness to handle luggage and assist guests with mobility needs

Ability to maintain composure and provide excellent service in a fast-paced environment

Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is preferred

Knowledge of local culture and customs, with respect for diverse guest needs
