Job summary

Metland Hotel Group is seeking a Bell Driver for Metland Seva Seminyak in Bali. You will welcome guests, assist with luggage, and drive them to destinations while maintaining safe, clean vehicle operation.

The role requires a SIM A, 1+ year experience in hospitality, and strong communication. You will work shifts, including weekends and holidays, with service charge and staff meals provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as Bell Driver, Driver, or similar in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Valid SIM A license.
• Excellent knowledge of Bali roads, destinations and tourist areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, friendly, responsible and service-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and safety.

• Welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Assist guests with luggage during arrival, departure, and room transfers.
• Drive guests safely to and from the hotel or other designated locations as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper condition of the hotel vehicle.
• Assist with guest transportation requests and provide information about hotel facilities and local destinations.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues to the Engineering or relevant department.
• Ensure all guest belongings and luggage are handled carefully and securely.
• Perform other duties related to guest services as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:
