Job summary

PT ESSA Industries Indonesia Tbk, rebranded from PT Surya Esa Perkasa Tbk, seeks a Master Data Officer to govern master data across SAP and related systems. Focus areas include data migration, validation, and ongoing governance for material, service, asset, and inventory data.

This role collaborates with Office of Strategy Management, Procurement, Finance, Warehouse, IT, and General Affairs to ensure data accuracy, traceability, and SAP alignment, including post-Go-Live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, Asset Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in master data management in relevant industries.
• Hands-on experience with asset management data in SAP or Maximo environments.
• Strong understanding of item master creation, material/service classifications, and attributes.
• Experience in warehouse verification, inventory validation, and asset labelling.

Responsibilities

• Finalize noun modifiers, classifications, and attributes with standardized values.
• Remap item codes to align with SAP master data requirements.
• Review and validate material and service creation requests for data accuracy.
• Support Purchase Requisitions data in Finance and Procurement processes.
• Migrate asset management data into SAP templates for continuity.
• Map cutover data within SAP templates and coordinate corrections.
• Map inventory data into SAP functional locations as required.
• Cleanse and map General Affairs assets into Darwinbox templates.
