Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Mass Hiring.
• Sales/promoter recruitment experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, networking, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales Promoters across assigned areas.
• Develop and execute hiring strategies to meet targets.
• Source candidates via portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, communities.
• Build partnerships with DISNAKER/KEMNAKER, SMK, universities, communities, and other institutions.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews.
• Organize Walk-In Interviews, Job Fairs, and campus hiring events.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Coordinate with Sales teams to align manpower requirements and priorities.
• Monitor progress to fulfill vacancies within target timelines.
• Handle hiring administration and data/verification tasks.
