Grab is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development leader to drive growth in Balikpapan, Indonesia. You will guide a high-performing team, shape commercial strategy, and build strong client relationships across the region.

The role requires 3+ years in sales, solid data analysis skills, and fluency in English for professional communication. You will partner with Marketing to execute promotions and report progress to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years in Sales or Business Development with team leadership experience.
• Data management and analysis skills to guide decisions.
• Proficient English communication for professional interactions.
• Understanding of end-to-end sales cycle, from acquisition to retention.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
