GrabElectric in Jakarta is hiring to bridge the organization with external partners and empower a diverse team through inclusive mentorship and professional development.

You will take a data-driven approach to track productivity, analyze performance trends, and design training or incentive programs. You will collaborate with Operations and Marketing, aligning strategies and reporting to management, based at the Cakung Pool.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, quality assurance, or customer experience in relevant sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in any field, or equivalent practical experience.
• English capability for daily conversation level.
• Ability to break down complex technical problems and explain clearly.
• Experience in data analysis with extracting insights from large datasets.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; Familiarity with Looker Studio.

Responsibilities

• Distribute Sales Leads to the Sales Acquisition Team and manage follow-ups.
• Conduct sales activities to gather lead data from multiple channels.
• Develop daily/weekly/monthly operational strategies to hit targets.
• Serve as a bridge between driver partners and management to improve service.
• Coordinate with internal, external, and government parties for events and initiatives.
• Coordinate with B2B partners to ensure driver supply.

Get to Know the Team

We are GrabElectric. We are one of the largest Electric Motorcycle Rental Providers in Southeast Asia. We provide electric motorcycle rentals for active Grab partners to remain productive and contribute to the delivery services business in Indonesia. Our Partner Acquisition and Partner Engagement team is tasked with helping GrabBike partners who are currently struggling to perform On Bid activities due to not having a private vehicle, so they can remain productive and contribute to advancing the delivery services business. Currently, we have approximately 13,000 active partners spread across 11 major cities in Indonesia.

You will be the bridge between our organization, internal departments, and external partners. You will empower a diverse team through inclusive mentorship and professional development. You will take a data‑driven approach to track productivity, analyze performance trends, and design creative training or incentive programs. Collaborating with Operations and Marketing, you will align strategies across the business and keep management informed through clear reporting. Reporting to the Manager, you will be based at the Cakung Pool.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Perform regular tasks such as distributing Sales Leads to the Sales Acquisition Team under you.
• Perform sales activities to obtain as much sales lead data as possible from various channels such as social media, canvassing, driver‑to‑driver referrals, etc.
• Develop operational strategies and plans on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to achieve established targets.
• Serve as a bridge between driver partners and management and vice versa to create the best service for driver partners.
• Coordinate with internal, external, and government parties, whether for conveying aspirations or for events organized and requiring the involvement of the three parties.
• Coordinate with B2B partners to fulfill driver supply to support cooperation with B2B partners.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, operations, quality assurance, or customer experience, within the automotive, car rental, manufacturing, ride‑hailing, or community engagement sectors.
• Bachelor's degree in any field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
• English capability for daily conversation level.
• Capability to break down complex technical problems and explain them in a simple, structured, and easy‑to‑understand manner.
• Experience in data analysis, with the ability to manage and extract insights from large datasets.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (including advanced functions). Familiarity with Looker Studio (Google Studio).
• Structural thinking to identify causes and implement solutions.
• A collaborative team player who values diverse perspectives and works well with both our teams and external communities.
