MANUSA seeks a Marketing & Brand professional to translate our core strategy into actionable programs, shaping campaigns across digital, email, and social channels from Bandung. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, represent the company externally, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver compelling presentations and responsive marketing initiatives that reflect MANUSA's values.

Responsibilities

• Translate the core marketing strategy into actionable tactical programs for the department.
• Develop tailored communication strategies that resonate with clients to boost brand awareness, all while upholding MANUSA's core values.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, and serve as the company's official representative to protect the corporate image externally.
• Actively assist in the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives, including digital, email, and social media campaigns.
• Function as the primary communication bridge between clients and MANUSA's internal teams for coordination and client support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in marketing or brand management.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
• Proven experience in building and maintaining strong client/customer relationships and a demonstrated ability to successfully negotiate budgets and needs with clients.
• Must be responsive, agile, and capable of creating and delivering effective presentations.
• Willingness to be placed in Bandung.
