Job summary

PT ASABA (Member of Asaba Group) is seeking a Marketing Promotion Staff to join our team in Jakarta on a full-time basis. You will plan, coordinate, and execute promotional campaigns, develop in-store materials, and monitor performance to maximize engagement and sales.

Experience in stationery, FMCG, or retail is preferred. You will travel for field activities, collaborate with merchandising, and manage budgets while working on-site in Gambir, Central Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any Major (preferred from Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Marketing Staff, Promotion Staff, Merchandiser, Field Marketing Staff, or similar position.
• Experience in stationery, FMCG, or retail industry is highly preferred.
• Willing to travel for field activities and undertake business trips outside the city when required.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative, proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple promotional activities effectively.
• Willing to work on-site in Gambir, Central Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and in-store marketing activities

About the role

You will work closely with our marketing and merchandising teams to bring promotional concepts to life, ensuring maximum visibility and impact across our retail channels.

What we're looking for
