Job summary

Blibli is seeking a Marketing & Promotion Associate to power our campaigns through meticulous admin support, vendor coordination, and budget tracking. You will ensure seamless execution of promotions and maintain documentation for audit trails across national campaigns.

The role requires a diploma or bachelor’s in marketing or related fields, 1–3 years of experience in marketing administration or retail marketing, and strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing administration, retail marketing, or event coordination.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
• Good interpersonal and written communication for coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools or design software is a plus.
• Collaborative team player with proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to support events or campaigns on weekends or holidays.
