PT Aroma Prima Livindo is seeking a Marketing Admin Assistant to support coordination and administration of POSM and marketing activities. You will work with Brand, Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Creative teams to keep campaigns well organized.

The role requires a D3/S1 in a related field with 1–2 years of experience in admin marketing; FMCG experience is preferred and proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is essential.

Competenze

• D3/S1 in Marketing, Administration, Communication, or related field with min 1–2 years of experience in Admin marketing, Marketing Support, Brand Administration, or related position.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, cosmetics, personal care, retail, or consumer goods is preferred.
• Good knowledge of marketing administration and campaign coordination.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel (vlookup/hlookup) also familiar with Google Workspace is a must.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Good communication, detail-oriented and accurate in handling documents and data.
• Can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenalek City, Tangerang.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with Brand, Marketing, E-commerce, Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Procurement, and Creative teams and manage marketing documents.
• Prepare administrative documents for marketing activities and campaigns.
• Assist in preparing purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and payment documents.
• Coordinate preparation and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, banners, displays, product samples, and promotional materials.
• Assist the Marketing/Brand team in preparing campaign briefs and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, printing companies, creative agencies, event organizers, and other marketing partners.
• Request quotations and compare vendor proposals when required.
• Follow up on production, delivery, and completion of marketing materials.
• Maintain vendor databases and supporting documents.
• Assist in monitoring marketing budgets and expenses also record campaign and promotional expenses.
• Provide tools and administrative support for meetings, campaign, event, and marketing projects.
