Role Description

The Marketing Management Trainee is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya at Pt Glori Investama Surabaya’s Pakuwon Centre office. The trainee will assist in planning and executing marketing activities to promote the company’s futures, forex, and derivative trading services. Daily tasks include supporting market research, preparing marketing materials, coordinating promotional events, and monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns. The role also involves interacting with potential and existing clients, explaining basic product information, and collaborating with senior marketing and sales teams to improve customer engagement. The trainee will receive guidance and training to develop skills in marketing management and to grow into a more senior marketing role.
