• Search for and develop database and prospective customers
• Communicate and follow up with prospective customers
• Explain products, facilities, and advantages of properties to prospective customers
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers
• Conduct presentations and negotiations with prospective customers
• Achieve predetermined sales targets
• Participate in company promotion activities and marketing activities
• Create reports on marketing activities and results on a regular basis

About you

• Minimum education SMA/SMK, D3/S1 is an added value
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and able to build relationships with customers
• Target and results oriented
• Active, creative, energetic, and have initiative

• Experience in marketing, property, or sales is an added value
