Job summary

PT Wiratara Prima, a building management company in South Jakarta, is seeking a proactive Marketing Staff to promote and lease commercial spaces. You will identify prospective tenants, build strong client relationships, and guide leasing from inquiry to contract completion in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and at least 1 year of property leasing experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, Public Relations, Business or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in property leasing, sales, marketing, or commercial real estate
• Experience in office buildings is preferred
• Well-groomed with strong professional etiquette
• Strong persuasive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly and service oriented

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach prospective tenants, respond to inquiries via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings
• Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective tenants
• Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and agreements with tenants
• Prepare leasing documents (LOO, LA, Termination Notice, etc)
• Monitor lease expiry dates and follow up on renewals
• Achieve leasing targets and maximize property occupancy
