Job summary

OSI Electronics seeks a Marketing Graphic Designer to create professional, brand-aligned visuals for campaigns, product promotion, and website growth. You will support rebranding across OSI Electronics and related groups, design templates, and collaborate with the Content Creator to produce clear, customer-focused assets.

You will maintain an organized SharePoint library, ensure quality files, and uphold Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork in all tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showing B2B, technical, industrial, or corporate marketing design work.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design tools, PowerPoint, PDF workflows, and digital design best practices.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud apps such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and Adobe Firefly.
• Ability to design for print and digital channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong layout, typography, image selection, visual hierarchy, and file organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital publishing, trade shows, distributor platforms, website use, and internal communications.

• Create editable templates for recurring marketing needs (flyers, announcements, templates, newsletters, case studies, social graphics).
• Work with Content Creator to transform written content into clear visual assets for customers.
• Maintain an organized design asset library in SharePoint with templates, logos, icons, imagery, and final versions.

OSI Electronics is seeking a Marketing Graphic Designer to join the team. This individual is responsible for creating professional, brand-aligned visual materials that support marketing campaigns, product promotion, website growth, trade show readiness, rebranding, and sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Design brochures, flyers, product sheets, capability sheets, trade show graphics, banners, presentations, infographics, LinkedIn graphics, email graphics, and website visuals.
• Prepare production-ready files for print, digital publishing, trade shows, distributor platforms, website use, and internal communications.
• Support rebranding by applying approved brand standards consistently across OSI Electronics, OSI Optoelectronics, PFC Flexible Circuits, Altaflex, and related legacy product groups as directed.
• Create editable templates for recurring marketing needs, including flyers, product announcements, presentations, newsletters, case studies, social graphics, and event materials.
• Work with the Content Creator to transform written content into polished visual assets that are clear, readable, and customer-focused.
• Maintain an organized design asset library in SharePoint, including current templates, source files, approved logos, icons, imagery, and final published versions.
• Support website projects by creating icons, banners, page graphics, layout mockups, visual modules, and image treatments.
• Ensure final files meet quality, readability, brand, format, and version-control requirements before release.

• Ability to design for both print and digital channels while maintaining brand consistency.
• Strong layout, typography, image selection, visual hierarchy, and file organization skills.
• Experience creating infographics, technical diagrams, presentation templates, social graphics, and sales collateral is preferred.
• Ability to work from written briefs, incorporate feedback, manage revisions, and meet deadlines.

Desired:

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) module.
• Paid Media Experience (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
• Exposure to email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
• Understanding of SEO/SEM principles and digital tracking tools.
