Job summary

POSe, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking a Graphic Designer to develop branding assets for digital and print, create marketing materials, and design UI for web and mobile platforms. The role emphasizes collaboration across Product, Marketing, Sales, and other teams, with responsibility for internal and external communications.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience, proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, and basic knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.
• Strong understanding of UI Design, branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiar with preparing artwork for both digital and print production.

Create marketing materials for campaigns, social media, digital ads, presentations, and promotional activities.

Design intuitive and visually engaging UI Design web and mobile applications.

Produce internal corporate materials such as company collateral, operational materials, event assets, and other business communication needs.

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and other cross-functional teams to deliver effective visual solutions.

Utilize AI-powered creative tools to improve ideation, asset generation, and production efficiency.

Edit basic short-form videos and simple motion graphics to support marketing and brand campaigns.

Ensure all creative outputs follow brand guidelines and are ready for both digital and print production.

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.

Proficient in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar video editing software.

Strong understanding of UI Design, branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Familiar with preparing artwork for both digital and print production.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar creative tools.

Able to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments.

Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience in designing for FinTech, SaaS, or digital products.

Basic knowledge of design systems and responsive design.

Experience creating motion graphics, GIFs, or social media videos.

Photography or photo retouching skills.

Passion for exploring emerging design trends and AI technologies.
