Job summary

Toyota Tsusho Indonesia is seeking a Marketing (Customer Solution) Supervisor in Bekasi to lead marketing initiatives and develop transportation solutions for customers. You will analyze requirements, prepare quotations, and coordinate with Operations to ensure feasible, profitable solutions.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and growth. Supervisory experience is preferred and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in management, marketing or related field.
• At least 5 years in sales, marketing, customer solution, or logistics.
• Supervisory experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to analyze transportation costs, pricing and margins.

Responsibilities

• Execute marketing strategies and identify new business opportunities.
• Develop new customer accounts to drive growth.
• Analyze customer requirements to design transport solutions based on routes, vehicles, volumes, frequency and capacity.
• Prepare quotations, calculate costs, set pricing and evaluate margins with relevant departments.
• Maintain relationships, respond to inquiries, and handle complaints for satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure customer requirements are addressed and solutions are feasible.
• Supervise team activities, monitor performance, and ensure timely follow-up on requests and improvement actions.
• Monitor marketing performance, opportunities, quotation status, project progress, and KPI achievement; report to management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety/environment requirements.

Job description

Marketing (Customer Solution) Supervisor

Execute marketing strategies, identify new business opportunities, conduct customer visits, and develop new customer accounts to achieve business growth.

Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable transportation solutions based on routes, vehicle types, delivery volumes, frequency, and operational capacity.

Prepare quotations, calculate transportation costs, determine pricing, and evaluate profit margins in coordination with relevant departments.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, respond to inquiries, and handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Coordinate with Operations and other related departments to ensure customer requirements are properly addressed and business solutions are operationally feasible.

Supervise team activities, monitor individual performance, and ensure timely follow-up on customer requests and improvement actions.

Monitor marketing performance, business opportunities, quotation status, project progress, and KPI achievement, and report results to management.

Comply with company policies, procedures, and applicable quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.

Requirements

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferably at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, customer solution, or transportation/logistics.

Supervisory experience is an advantage.

Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good customer relationship management and coordination skills.

Ability to analyze transportation costs, pricing, and profit margins.

Strong leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement mindset.
