Role Description

The Marketing Coordinator — Korean Speaker (Remote — Indonesia) is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting marketing operations focused on the Korean market. This position coordinates campaigns across digital channels, assists with content creation in Korean and English, and helps adapt global brand messaging for Korean platforms and audiences. The role involves organizing and tracking marketing projects, preparing reports, and maintaining calendars for campaigns and events. The coordinator will collaborate with internal teams and external partners, handle day-to-day communication with stakeholders, and support sales and lead-generation initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple tasks independently while working closely with a distributed, international team.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication in Korean and English.
• Sales support skills, with the ability to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and coordination of sales-related activities.
• Event Planning skills to help organize online and offline marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities.
• Writing skills to create, adapt, and proofread marketing content suitable for Korean and international audiences.

• Fluency in Korean (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with Korean digital platforms (e.g., Naver, Kakao, Coupang) and social media environments is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work remotely from Indonesia with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Previous experience in marketing coordination, digital marketing, or a similar role is an advantage.
