About you: 2–4 years in marketing coordination or brand management, proactive and highly organized, with strong English skills

Qualifications

• Approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience in marketing coordination, marcom, or brand management.
• Strong written and spoken English for professional correspondence.
• Background from hotel, hospitality, travel, events, or lifestyle industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect Management with internal teams, external designers, photographers, videographers, SEO specialists, and agencies.
• Coordinate concepts, decorations, guest lists, content, and timelines for events and photoshoots.
• Direct and oversee brochures, flyers, menus, presentations, and digital content.
• Maintain brand standards across Instagram, Google Business/Reviews, website touchpoints, and promotional channels.
• Schedule meetings and build relationships with hotels, travel agencies, suppliers, and commercial partners.
• Take full ownership of marketing workflows to ensure tasks are completed and delivered to Management.
