Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Brand and Product Manager to develop and execute long-term brand strategies and product plans aligned with business objectives. Lead end-to-end initiatives from concept to market launch and collaborate across Marketing, Product Development, Sales, and other teams to ensure consistent brand execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of brand management, brand development, or product management experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or fragrance industries.
• Proven experience in developing and managing brands and products from strategy to execution.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Solid understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, market research, and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and translate business objectives into effective brand and product strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product development initiatives from concept to market launch.
