Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan and execute campaigns across social media, digital advertising, websites, YouTube, SEO, and email marketing to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.

You will develop engaging content, manage social channels, collaborate with Product Management to ensure consistent brand messaging, support lead generation, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in multimedia design software, with skills in digital marketing and social media management.
• Strong creative thinking and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and content.
• Good organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage deadlines.
• A proactive, independent, and collaborative approach to work.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives across social media, digital advertising, websites, YouTube, SEO, and email marketing.
• Develop engaging content and manage social media to strengthen brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create artwork and marketing assets to support campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop consistent brand messaging aligned with customer needs.
• Support lead generation and evaluate campaign performance and return on digital investment.
• Analyze digital performance, prepare monthly reports, and recommend improvements.
• Generate and monitor leads from digital channels, coordinate lead handover with the Sales team, and track lead quality and conversion to optimize campaign performance.
• Stay up to date with digital trends and identify opportunities to enhance the brand's online presence
