Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim, a Bali-based fashion brand, is seeking a proactive Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team and own day-to-day social media execution and content management.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing to craft engaging captions, manage calendars, edit simple reels, and coordinate with influencers, while maintaining a strong eye for detail and a professional camera-ready approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in social media, digital marketing or fashion/lifestyle marketing.
• Strong visual eye and understanding of fashion content.
• Proactive and able to work without constant follow-up.
• Excellent attention to detail and reliability with deadlines.
• Organized, able to own recurring daily tasks and provide updates.
• Good written English and familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle or ecommerce brands preferred.
• Experience taking photos with a professional camera is a plus.
• Based in Bali.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok & Pinterest.
• Check and respond to social media DMs, comments and customer inquiries daily.
• Prepare social media content previews before publishing.
• Select the strongest photos/videos from campaign assets.
• Write captions and assist with brand communication.
• Organize content calendars and ensure posts are published on schedule.
• Edit simple Reels, Stories and social content.
• Monitor social media trends and competitor activity.
• Coordinate with influencers, creators and external collaborators.
• Organize marketing assets and content folders.
• Support promotions, launches and marketing campaigns.
• Assist with photoshoots and content creation when required.
• Provide clear updates on completed, pending and upcoming work.
