Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing, communications, content production or digital media
• Portfolio demonstrating both design and video work
• Video editing using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent
• Design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma; produce Word, PowerPoint and PDF collateral
• Website content management via WordPress or similar CMS; knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Fluency in English (written); able to produce client-facing material
• Analytics experience (GA4, LinkedIn, Meta); turning data into recommendations
• Strong remote work discipline and ability to collaborate across distributed teams

Job description

We are looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive who is genuinely excited about what AI makes possible in creative work - and who can use it to produce a volume and quality of output that would previously have required an agency. You will own the Group's brand voice across our website, social media platforms and marketing collateral, and you will produce the videos, graphics, decks and written content that carry our story to clients, partners and prospective talent. This is a hands-on maker's role, not a coordination role: you will be building, not briefing. The role is fully remote and based in your own country - we are recruiting in the Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia. You will report to the Director, Corporate Services & Human Resources at our Singapore headquarters, and work alongside our country offices and leadership team across the region.

Key responsibilities

Produce marketing and communications materials across formats: brochures, capability statements, case studies, client-facing decks, service one-pagers, EDMs and executive profiles - all consistent with Group brand standards.

Script, shoot, edit and publish video content: service explainers, client testimonials, event recaps, recruitment and employer-branding films, short-form social video and internal communications.

Create photography and design assets for campaigns, trade shows and digital channels.

Maintain and enforce the Group brand system (logo usage, colour palette, typography, templates) across all business units and country offices.

Use AI tools as a core part of your daily workflow - for copywriting and editing, image and video generation, voice-over, translation and localisation, research, and content repurposing across channels.

Build repeatable workflows and prompt libraries so the wider business can produce on‑brand material faster.

Own the Group website end to end: content updates, new service and country pages, careers listings, insights and thought‑leadership posts.

Manage on‑page SEO, site performance, mobile experience and enquiry‑form functionality; liaise with external developers where required.

Own the content calendar and day‑to‑day publishing across LinkedIn (primary), Instagram, Facebook and other relevant platforms.

Produce campaign and collateral support for tenders, RFPs, client pitches and market entries.

About you

2-5 years in marketing, communications, content production or digital media. Agency or in‑house B2B/professional services experience is an advantage.

A portfolio demonstrating both design and video work.

Video editing and production (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent), including basic motion graphics.

Design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma) and confident production of Word, PowerPoint and PDF collateral to template.

Website content management (WordPress or similar CMS) and working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.

Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for content creation - writing, image, video, audio.

Analytics: GA4, LinkedIn and Meta business tools; comfortable turning data into a recommendation.

Excellent written English — this is the Group's working language and the language of nearly all client‑facing material.

Strong visual judgement and genuine attention to detail.

Proven ability to work productively in a remote or distributed team: responsive, organised, and reliable about follow‑through without being chased.
