Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in marketing, communications, content production or digital media
• Portfolio demonstrating both design and video work
• Video editing using Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or equivalent
• Design tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma; produce Word, PowerPoint and PDF collateral
• Website content management via WordPress or similar CMS; knowledge of SEO fundamentals
• Fluency in English (written); able to produce client-facing material
• Analytics experience (GA4, LinkedIn, Meta); turning data into recommendations
• Strong remote work discipline and ability to collaborate across distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Produce marketing and communications materials across formats aligned with Group brand standards
• Script, shoot, edit and publish video content (service explainers, testimonials, event recaps, recruitment films)
• Create photography and design assets for campaigns and digital channels
• Maintain and enforce the Group brand system across offices and units
• Use AI tools for copy, image and video generation, translation, and content repurposing
• Build repeatable workflows and prompt libraries for on-brand production
• Own the Group website end to end: pages, careers, insights, and service offerings
• Manage on-page SEO, site performance and mobile experiences; coordinate with developers
