About the role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing & Communication Officer to join our team PART-TIME at PT Banyan Empat Belas. You will play a crucial role in driving our marketing and communication strategies, ensuring our brand message is effectively delivered across various channels. What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing integrated marketing and communication campaigns to promote our products and services
• Coordinating communication, marketing, and planning of events or exhibitions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives
• Coordinating with external agencies and vendors to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing activities

What we're looking for

• Indonesian citizen who lives in Bali, bachelor degree holder in the field of marketing/communication
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communication role, preferrably for small artisanal businesses who put customer satisfaction as priority
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including brand positioning, content creation, and digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and recommendations in english
• Proficiency in using online marketing and analytics tools to measure and optimize campaign performance
• Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing solutions
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
