Job summary

PT. Summarecon Agung Tbk Serpong is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead the marketing executive team, drive toward sales targets, and oversee campaigns across conventional and digital channels.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of marketing experience and proven leadership, along with a strong, self-motivated drive to achieve targets and maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major preferred (Management/Marketing/Business/Communication).
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience with proven leadership capability.
• Ability to direct, motivate, and evaluate the marketing team performance.
• Experience working under strict sales targets and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets based on the marketing personnel engaged in both conventional and digital channels.
• Manage and coordinate all marketing campaigns including advertising and promotions.
• Assist in preparing marketing plans with budget allocation, target market and objectives.
• Ensure brand consistency and marketing messages across all materials.
• Ensure marketing practices comply with laws, regulations and ethics.
• Monitor progress of marketing plans.
