Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; Marketing/Communications preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role
• Fresh graduates with relevant portfolios or organizational experience are welcome
• Good understanding of digital marketing & social media
• Disciplined and deadline-oriented
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team
• Willing to work in the Tangerang Area

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication
• Create engaging content, develop video concepts; negotiation skills are a plus
• Managing Video Assets and maintaining production quality
• Creating engaging visual storytelling aligned with the brand voice
• Optmize video formats and content for various digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more)
• Coordinate with vendors, media partners, and internal teams
• Plan, organize, and execute events effectively
