Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Operations professional to manage marketing budgets and spend, coordinating with Finance, Procurement and FP&A teams across the region. You will own monthly closings, ensure audit-ready data, and maintain meticulous documentation.

The role requires 1+ year of related experience, fluent English, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with ERP tools (Oracle, SAP) is a plus. This is a full-time on-site position based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in marketing, accounting, or finance operations (internships counted).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders across teams and markets.
• Excellent attention to detail with a process-driven mindset.
• Comfortable with numbers, spreadsheets, and structured data.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and follow through independently.
• Proactive ownership attitude; identify issues before they become problems.
• Nice to have familiarity with ERP/budgeting tools such as Oracle, SAP, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative process for marketing budgets and spend, ensuring transactions are recorded and tracked.
• Partner with Finance/Controller, Procurement, and FP&A teams to keep spend data accurate and audit-ready.
• Own the monthly closing process by following up with marketing teams region-wide for timely invoices and costs.
• Ensure all spend processes follow Controller guidelines.
• Troubleshoot and reconcile budget data discrepancies.
• Maintain clear documentation and records to support month-end and audit processes.
• Flag risks or delays proactively to keep the budget cycle on track.
