Job summary

Traveloka is seeking a fully competent Analyst, Finance Operations to join our Controller function in Jakarta. You will own end-to-end operations for accounts payable, accounts receivable, or bank reconciliations, posting transactions, and ensuring correct GL coding with tight close deadlines.

You will collaborate with procurement and treasury teams, resolve complex discrepancies, and support audits while improving processes in a fast-growing, multi-market environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, accounting, or audit with strong AP/AR/GL experience.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with an ERP ledger.
• Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP beyond transaction processing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end accounts payable/receivable or bank reconciliations for one or more markets.
• Post transactions with correct GL coding and cost centre allocation.
• Lead month-end closing for your area within the close timetable.
• Investigate discrepancies and resolve complex issues across procurement or treasury.
• Prepare clean aging reports and respond to auditor requests.
