PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia is seeking a Marketing Agent to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, agents, and partners. The role focuses on promoting BPKB financing products and hitting sales targets, while recruiting and coaching agents to boost performance.

You will ensure marketing and operations comply with SOPs, identify issues, and deliver timely solutions.

Formación

• Diploma (D3) in Finance, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial services or banking role as Marketing Agent or similar.
• Experience with BPKB financing products is preferred.
• Proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
• Strong communication, teamwork, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of Jabodetabek market and local customer dynamics.

Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, agents, and business partners.

Promote BPKB financing products and achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Recruit, manage, monitor, coach, and develop agents to improve their performance.

Ensure marketing and operational activities comply with company SOPs and applicable requirements.

Identify operational issues and provide timely and effective solutions.

Prepare and manage individual and team performance reports.

Collaborate with internal teams to support business development and achieve company targets.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Finance, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Marketing Agent, Agent Relationship Executive, or in a similar role within financial services or banking industry.

Experience with BPKB financing products is preferred.

Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive.

Strong communication, teamwork, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.

Target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of the Jabodetabek market, including local customer characteristics, business opportunities, and surrounding areas.
