You will read demand patterns, negotiate with airlines, and drive end-to-end market outcomes without managing a team. Fluency in English and deep connectivity knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in commercial, market management, or supply with airline connectivity expertise.
• Own and lead senior airline relationships and negotiations that shape markets.
• Translate market insight into routes, fares, and distribution decisions.
• Communicate fluently in English with partners and executives; influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the operational commercial plan for your region or carrier group with measurable impact.
• Lead high-value airline negotiations and partnerships, owning economics and relationships.
• Improve the economics, pricing, and supply frameworks the domain depends on.
• Decide where to invest supply effort based on economics and strategic fit.
• Diagnose cross-cutting supply problems spanning pricing, product, and operations.
• Shape product, pricing, and operations roadmaps to scale across markets.
• Set analytical standards and present a clear point of view to leadership as an expert.
