Job summary

PT Lucky Mom Indonesia is seeking a proactive market analyst to synthesize market, competitor, and consumer data for MAKUKU strategic recommendations. You will track launches, pricing, campaigns, and SKU performance while leveraging AI tools to validate insights.

Ideal candidates are current students or fresh graduates with strong structured thinking, fluency in English, and solid Excel/PowerPoint modeling skills. Mandarin is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Current student or fresh graduate from a top university in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, Data/Business Analytics, or related fields.
• Strong structured thinking with the ability to break down ambiguous business questions.
• Experienced in using tools like ChatGPT, NotebookLM, and Claude with high source-checking discipline.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint to build clean models and presentable decks.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus, but not mandatory).
• Reliable, highly proactive, with strong ownership from problem-solving to final draft execution.

Responsibilities

• Track competitor launches, pricing, promotions, and campaigns to identify key implications for MAKUKU.
• Leverage AI tools and public sources to answer complex business questions and validate facts.
• Analyze marketplace sales, pricing, and SKU performance to optimize channel and portfolio decisions.
• Synthesize social listening, reviews, and agency research into clear customer pain points and strategic opportunities.
• Compare MAKUKU against market competitors to find growth gaps.
• Turn complex data into clear, high-impact slide decks, frameworks, and actionable summaries.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and E-commerce teams to keep strategic initiatives moving forward.
