Qualifications

Final-year student or Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management.
Strong interest in Data Analytics, Marketing, and Business Strategy.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and presentation slides.
Able to analyze data and turn findings into clear, actionable insights.
AI-savvy and confident in using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Google Gemini for data analysis and problem-solving.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Proactive, curious, and comfortable working on different projects and business challenges.

Responsibilities

Support various special projects across Customer Growth & Marketing, based on business priorities and team needs.
Prepare clear and structured presentation decks, reports, and spreadsheets to communicate findings and recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business needs, and support project execution.
