Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize Project Kick Off meetings.
• Interpret contract and detailed scope of work.
• Support the preparation of project action lists and updates.
• Assist in creating internal project plans and action lists.
• Provide input for voyage preparation and execution.
• Coordinate project requirements with other departments.
• Prepare and follow up on project deliverables.
• Schedule and run project meetings and updates.
• Support tenders with feasibility and documentation.
• Review and prepare invoices for clients.
