The position emphasizes technical inputs, coordination, and producing coherent recommendations for national decarbonization efforts in the maritime sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in maritime studies, transport, engineering, energy, economics, public policy, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in shipping, transport or decarbonization.
• Experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate three technical consultants and align their assessments and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain the project activity plan and monitor progress.
• Lead stakeholder engagement with government, industry, and NGOs.
• Prepare and document stakeholder consultations and project events.
• Provide technical inputs and QA for green fuel development and policies.
• Consolidate findings into coherent project outputs and reports.
