Job summary

Pt Brexa Raya Indonesia in Surabaya, East Java, seeks a Sales Representative – Marine Engine to drive B2B revenue across Indonesia. You will lead end-to-end sales from lead generation to closing, and provide after-sales support for marine engines, gearboxes and generator sets to shipyards, mining operators and other industrial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or Business/Marketing.
• 5+ years B2B sales experience in heavy equipment, marine, or industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge of marine engines, gearboxes, and generator sets.
• Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia.

Responsibilities

• Generate new B2B leads in marine, mining, and power generation sectors.
• Conduct technical sales presentations on marine engines and related systems.
• Manage existing customer accounts and drive repeat spare parts orders.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends for sales strategy input.
• Handle full sales cycle: inquiry, quotation, negotiation, and deal closing.
• Support after-sales relationship management and customer retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial support.
