Job summary

HP Indonesia seeks a hands-on operator to run machinery and assembly equipment for direct and supporting processes. You will collect data, analyze it, and contribute to process improvements while upholding HP standards.

You may dismantle, adjust, and repair equipment using schematics and manuals, and maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities. Relevant experience in manufacturing roles is preferred, with 2–4 years in related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Typically 2-4 years of work experience in manufacturing systems and equipment maintenance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Gathers and assesses data concerning the manufacturing process and equipment and interprets blueprints and schematics.
• Operates machinery for direct assembly and provides support for factory equipment and processes.
• Dismantles, adjusts, repairs, and assembles equipment per schematics or manuals.
• Maintains documentation for manufacturing processes and ensures updates in systems.
• Provides hands-on support to resolve technical quality issues related to customer complaints and equipment.
• Collects operating data to optimize processes and adjust equipment online.
• Assists in implementing new processes and shares technical information with colleagues.
• Adheres to company policies, regulatory standards, and ensures data confidentiality.
