Job summary

ANDRITZ Indonesia is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering professional in Palembang to drive process standardization and improvements. You will create standard working hours, develop process instructions, and build a robust database for Manufacturing Engineering to support quality and cost initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from Industrial Engineering or related discipline.
• Familiar with Pulp & Paper Industry.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Experience in SAP-Hana.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing industry and large spare parts industry.
• Experience with large machinery.
• Familiar with ISO Certification.

Responsibilities

• Create standard working hour.
• Create standard working instruction.
• Analyse process design.
• Build and maintain database of Manufacturing Engineering.
• Develop for Quality Improvement.
• Efficiency improvement (technology area).
• In-house manufacturing cost estimation (manufacturing, engineering, quality and related costs).
• Fixture application.
• Provide support for new spare parts in workshop.
