Job summary

You will perform scheduled maintenance, read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot PLC-controlled machinery, and prepare periodic reports.

The role requires a minimum of 1 year in manufacturing, ability to handle wiring diagrams, electronics, and packaging machinery, and willingness to work in shifts at the Cikande site in Banten.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year work experience in a manufacturing company.
• Able to perform maintenance, repair, and operation of manufacturing machinery.
• Can read and create electrical wiring diagrams, electronics, and PLC.
• Understanding and skills in filling and packaging machinery.
• Able to perform troubleshooting of indoor and outdoor installations.
• Willing to work in shift system and be placed in Cikande, Banten.

Responsibilities

• Execute scheduled maintenance and repair of factory machinery.
• Maintain factory equipment in good working condition and ready for use.
• Repair damaged equipment promptly.
• Perform maintenance of measuring instruments and monitor all factory equipment.
• Conduct maintenance and repairs on all production and support machinery, infrastructure, and factory equipment to ensure readiness and production continuity.
• Perform machine setup before production processes according to SOP.
• Create periodic reports on completed work.
• Optimize the use of spare parts, mechanics, and arrangement of available machinery and equipment.
