Schneider Electric Indonesia is offering an internship at the Cikarang Plant for students in industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields. The program spans up to 12 months and emphasizes designing and standardizing operational processes, developing digital work instructions, and automation solutions.

You will monitor performance, analyze root causes, and collaboratively resolve issues, gaining hands‑on experience in process improvement and warehouse design.

Competenze

Active bachelor’s degree/diploma student (8th semester max) in industrial engineering, logistics or similar majors.
Commitment to intern for up to 12 months.
Proficiency in Tableau, AutoCAD 2D, SMART technologies, process improvement (Kaizen, Lean) and/or warehouse process design.
