Job summary

Schneider Electric Indonesia at the Cikarang Plant offers an internship for Industrial Engineering students to support Kaizen preparation through process analysis, data collection, and logistics. You will participate in workshop support, process observations, and documentation updates, track action plans, and measure results, contributing to real improvements during a 6-month program.

Qualifications

• Active bachelor's degree or diploma student (8th semester maximum) in industrial engineering or similar majors.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles.
• Analytics tools proficiency is a plus.
• Commitment to intern onsite for 6 months.
