Job summary

Flintex Consulting is seeking a senior manufacturing operations leader in Jakarta to advance factory capabilities within the company’s global network. You will align production methods with strategic goals, collaborate with engineering, and drive cost optimization while delivering quality and safety across the plant.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in manufacturing leadership, with P&L accountability and strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; master's an advantage.
• Minimum 10 years in progressive manufacturing roles with operation ownership.
• Experience in P&L management and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operating plans to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure manufacturing capabilities meet quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Collaborate with process engineering to scale production of power cables.
• Lead budgeting, cost control and capital expenditure planning.
• Drive KPI tracking, risk management and continuous improvement.
• Uphold safety, EHS and QMS standards across production sites.
• Provide leadership and development for manufacturing teams.
