Job summary

Kenvue in Jakarta, Indonesia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team supporting production line equipment and plant utilities.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and contribute to safety and reliability.

This role offers hands-on work in a fast-paced FMCG environment with CMMS workflow and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging and process machines.
• Experience with plant utility systems in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience using CMMS.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Understanding of production flow and machine integration.
• Experience handling breakdowns to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line, packaging machines, and process equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns.
• Maintain plant utility systems, including air, boilers, chillers, HVAC, water systems.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support production during breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans to improve reliability.
• Use CMMS to manage work orders and maintenance tracking.
• Maintain logs, inspections, and spare part requisitions.
• Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance.
