Job summary

Kenvue is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead maintenance within our Jakarta-based utilities and facilities. You will drive preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs in a GMP environment, ensuring safety and reliability while advancing digitalization initiatives.

You will supervise a technical team, track performance metrics (OEE, MTTR, MTBF), manage spares, and collaborate with regional SMEs to deliver continuous improvements across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
• At least 5 years in utilities/facilities within pharma manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance systems and tools.
• Proven leadership of technical teams.
• Familiarity with GMP and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Implement preventive, planned, corrective, and predictive maintenance in GMP-compliant facilities.
• Supervise root cause analysis and troubleshooting during breakdowns.
• Monitor and report machine performance metrics (OEE, MTTR, MTBF).
• Manage spare parts and engineering inventory.
• Lead improvement projects to boost efficiency and reliability.
• Oversee maintenance of utilities and plant facilities.
• Collaborate with regional/global SMEs and stakeholders.
• Develop technician competencies in technical and soft skills.
