Job summary

Kenvue in Jakarta is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line equipment, packaging machines, process machines, and plant utilities. You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns, conduct root cause analysis, and ensure safe, efficient maintenance to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging and process machines.
• Experience with plant utility systems in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability.
• Experience using a CMMS for work orders and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production line, packaging machines, and process equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical breakdowns on production, packaging, and process machines.
• Maintain plant utility systems and related equipment (compressors, boilers, HVAC, water systems).
• Conduct root-cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support production during breakdowns to minimize downtime; develop preventive maintenance plans.
• Use CMMS for work orders, maintenance tracking, and documentation.
• Maintain logs, inspection records, and spare part requisitions.
• Adhere to safety procedures and proper use of tools and PPE.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment performance and plant reliability.
