Flora Food Group is seeking an HR Business Partner for our Cikarang manufacturing site. You will balance manpower with production needs, manage industrial relations, and drive talent management to support efficient, high-quality output.

The role requires strong English communication, experience with ERP systems (notably SuccessFactors), and the ability to work independently within a multinational manufacturing context. This on-site position reports to the regional HR lead.

Qualificações

• Proven HRBP experience in manufacturing, ideally in a multinational setting.
• Comfort with large blue-collar workforces, industrial relations, and talent management.
• Strong English communication; proficient with office automation and ERP systems.
• Capable of independent work, presenting business cases, and solving problems.
• Pride in a company with long expertise in food and strong operations discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full spectrum of people and organization functions at the factory.
• Build and maintain harmonious relations with the labour union and external stakeholders.
• Oversee external relations to ensure compliance and positive engagement.
• Monitor and optimize labor productivity by aligning manpower with production needs.
• Track metrics like quality of hire, turnover, overtime, and absenteeism for improvement.
