Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in managing large blue-collar workforces and industrial relations.
• Strong English communication and proficiency with ERP systems, especially SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial relations, compensation, talent management and general affairs at the factory.
• Build and maintain harmonious relations with the labor union and external stakeholders.
• Monitor workforce metrics and support productivity and cost control.
