Job summary

PT ABeam Consulting Indonesia is seeking a senior leader to head the Manufacturing Business Unit, overseeing project delivery, client satisfaction, and team development. You will report to the Business Unit Lead and shape strategies aligned with ABeam's goals.

You will manage P&L, budgets, and forecasts while building strong client relationships and driving ERP transformations (SAP) and other digital initiatives across Southeast Asia. Fluency in English is required, Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 15–20 years of experience in management consulting or industry leadership in manufacturing.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation projects (ERP, SAP preferred).
• Strong business acumen and understanding of manufacturing trends in Southeast Asia.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is a plus.

• Ensure high-quality delivery of consulting services, including business process improvement, ERP implementation (e.g., SAP), and digital transformation.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to leverage best practices and drive innovation.
• Represent ABeam Indonesia in industry forums, client meetings, and internal leadership discussions.
